Prepaid calling balance is generally non-refundable once purchased. Unused balance remains in your account as long as your account is active.

2. Exceptions

• Technical issues preventing service use (verified by our support team)
• Duplicate or erroneous charges
• Service not as described
• As required by applicable consumer protection laws

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, contact our support team within 30 days of the transaction. Include your account email, transaction details, and reason for the request.

4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The time to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

5. Roadmap Features

Inbound virtual numbers are not currently sold as an active paid feature. Any future number subscriptions will have separate pricing and refund terms before purchase.
