Which Nigeria plan should I choose?
The Nigeria plan gives you 1GB for 7 days. If your trip includes other African countries, the Africa plan covers 21 countries including Nigeria, Zimbabwe, Kenya, Ghana and Egypt.
Will WhatsApp work?
Yes. The eSIM gives you mobile data, so WhatsApp messages and calls, maps, email and banking apps work as they do at home.
Will it work on my phone?
Most phones from the last few years support eSIM: iPhone XS or newer, Google Pixel 3 or newer, and Samsung Galaxy S20 or newer. The phone must be unlocked. To check, dial *#06#: if you see an EID number, your phone supports eSIM.
When do my days start?
When the eSIM first connects to a network at your destination, not when you buy or install it. Install it at home on Wi-Fi, then switch it on when you land.
Can I still use my normal number?
Yes. The eSIM adds data alongside your usual SIM, so your own number keeps receiving calls and texts. For calls to landlines and mobiles over data, use FiraPhone in your browser.
What if it does not work?
If the eSIM has not been installed, we refund it in full. Once installed, contact support and we will help you get connected.
